The mudra is seen as a physical expression of a particular energy. Mudras are used in illustrations, but also as an aid in meditation to release the relevant energies in the person practicing these gesture. I have decided to draw some of the Mudras that I like..it was quite meditative. </p> <p>The Abhaya mudrā represents protection, peace, benevolence and blessing; the essence of No Fear.
